Itinerary

Day 1 THURSDAY We depart from the South Coast and journey to the Cathedral City of Salisbury for free leisure time and lunch before continuing to North Bristol and our 4-night stay at the Aztec Hotel & Spa.

Day 2 FRIDAY Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before we head off to the fascinating Royal Mint Experience at Llantrisant, where we can learn about how the coins we use every day are made. From here, we will head for the stunning and cosmopolitan capital city of Cardiff. The city has a lot to offer, including the castle, the superb Millennium Stadium, and the rejuvenated Cardiff Bay area with boat trips, cafés, and bars.

Day 3 SATURDAY This morning, we will make a short journey from our hotel into Bristol, where we will have a day free to explore. We can discover the city's maritime history by visiting Brunel's SS Great Britain and the dockyard museums. We can also see the heritage sites of Bristol Cathedral and Lord Mayor's Chapel, or perhaps enjoy some shopping at St. Nicholas Market and explore the historic heart of the Old City.

Day 4 SUNDAY Today we make our way to Bath, where we are joined by a tour guide for a walking tour of Bath, taking in all of the main sights and attractions. The remainder of the day will be at leisure to explore Bath's iconic attractions at your own pace. Perhaps take a trip back through time in the museums, see famous sights such as the Pump Rooms and Roman Baths, plus the magnificent Crescent and Pulteney Bridge.

Day 5 MONDAY After breakfast, we depart the hotel and begin the journey home with fond memories of our time in the South West.
