Thank you so much for helping us on our visit to Hampton Court Palace yesterday. I really enjoyed seeing where Henry VIII lived with his wives 500 years ago. I learned he chopped off hands when you dropped your sword. My group saw the amazing patterned gardens that were zigzagging the grounds. The gardeners done a great job! Learning about Hampton Court was an exciting part of Tudor topic at school and we had a great day out. Thanks again because it would not have been possible without your help. I just wanted to send a quick email to thank you for saving the day today for our school! There was a misunderstanding on our part with regards to a booking which then left us without a coach to take us to the Arundel Wetlands Centre today. The day could have been a complete disaster but you were very quick to respond and got a coach to us in a few minutes. This really saved the day and we cannot thank you enough. The driver was polite and professional and the driver who collected us from the Wetlands at the end of the day was very nice and friendly. You really did save the day! I just wanted to write to tell you how well your driver, R, handled the adverse weather conditions on our return journey from the O2 yesterday. It was not an easy journey back through the snow but he got the children back safe and sound. Could you please pass on our thanks and gratitude both to T (V&A) last Wednesday and the coach driver from last Friday’s trip. T was lovely so accommodating and pleasant and made the whole trip run like clockwork. I am writing to say a huge thank you to G and C our coach drivers on our school journey. Without their fantastic transportation, the week could not have gone on. All our journeys were smooth and fun due to their generous agreement to let the teachers use the microphone on board the coach for announcement and songs and their toleration of our (sometimes) almost deafening chat. First of all can I say a huge thank you to P and S for all they did for us during the week. Their professionalism is outstanding and they became part of the team for the week. They were quick to react to the problems at Calais and the impending strike which meant we had to cut short the sea life centre but enabled us to get the children home without worry. P sorted out problems with the restaurant in Paris where they were going to charge us more. Some drivers would just take a back seat and not get involved so a big thank you to P.
