A Victorian folly that looks like a medieval fortress, Bodelwyddan Castle forms a unique part of the North Wales landscape. Spend your time strolling around the extensive parkland and gardens, go on three included half-day excursions, or get involved in the many and varied activities which make a Warner’s holiday so memorable. Please note: Warner properties are usually spread over a large area, so some walking may be required between bedroom and restaurant / leisure facilities. Number of single rooms at the published supplement are very limited.
Day 1 MONDAY We travel through the English counties and across into Wales before continuing to our hotel in Denbighshire, arriving late afternoon in time for dinner.
Day 2 TUESDAY Today, we visit Chester. The old city retains many well-preserved half-timbered houses as well as the unique Rows, its magnificent two-tier medieval arcades housing independent boutiques. There are delightful riverside walks to enjoy as well as the famous City Walls.
Day 3 WEDNESDAY Join us on an excursion into the Snowdonia National Park to the popular resort of Betws-y-Coed.
