Explore the magnificent gardens and hidden valleys of the Cambrian mountains.
Day 1 We travel by coach across country and into Wales and have a lunch stop close to Tintern Abbey. We continue up the Wye Valley, across the Black Mountains of the Brecon Beacons National Park to our hotel in Llandrindod Wells.
Day 2 We travel to Aberglasney Gardens, where we have free time to explore the 10 acres of magnificent gardens and visit the lovely tearooms.
Day 3 This morning we travel along the beautiful Elan Valley with a stop at the visitor centre, overlooked by the dramatic dam and reservoirs. We have included a light lunch and time to explore before returning to Llandrindod Wells for free time.
Day 4 This morning we make our way to Devil’s Bridge, famous for its waterfalls and three stacked bridges. Walk the 5-10 minutes down to the viewing platform, or explore the Rheidol Railway station gift shop and The Two Hoots Tearoom*. We board the Vale of Rheidol Steam Railway for a scenic journey to Aberystwyth, where we have free time to explore. We return to our hotel by coach. *The walk to the viewing platform is not suitable for the less mobile.
Day 5 A free day to enjoy Llandrindod Wells, with its pretty park overlooking the River Ithon, and many shops and cafés in which to relax. Alternatively, join your driver on a half day excursion to Ludlow.
Day 6 Leaving our hotel after breakfast we travel across the border and visit Ledbury before continuing our journey to the local area, reaching our taxis late afternoon.

As well as comfortable lounges, bar and Radnor & Miles Restaurant, enjoy the 18m indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool and gym.
