Christmas is the perfect time to visit this beautiful area of England, when the rolling countryside is clear and crisp.
Day 1 We make our way to Gloucestershire with a visit to the historic town of Cirencester before arriving for a hot drink at our hotel. This evening, we enjoy carols and mulled wine before dinner.
Day 2 Christmas Eve - After a relaxed breakfast, we journey out around the stunning Cotswolds, via Broadway and taking in some of the charming villages and views with a break at Evesham Valley Country Park. After dinner we enjoy a festive quiz and musical entertainment.
Day 3 Christmas Day - A special day to enjoy the festive company of new friends as our hotel staff cook up a splendid breakfast and magnificent Christmas Lunch with a glass of wine and all the trimmings before relaxing to see the King’s Speech. Enjoy Christmas games, bingo and more music and we finish the day off with a buffet dinner.
Day 4 Boxing Day - Today we visit Gloucester for a self-guided tour of the magnificent 7th-century Cathedral, taking the chance to see the magnificent architecture before heading out to explore the city. Entertainment tonight includes an Elvis tribute show with a Las Vegas theme.
Day 5 Leaving our hotel after breakfast, we have suitable refreshment stops on our way back home.
