Enjoy a long weekend in the capital with plenty of free time, all from your base in London’s fabulous West End. Explore the city, catch a show, start your Christmas shopping, or maybe visit the British Museum – just six minutes’ walk away from the hotel.
Day 1 Once everyone is on board, we set off for London, arriving late afternoon at the St Giles Hotel. Dinner is not included, so why not watch a West End show* or enjoy dinner and drinks in central London.
Day 2 After breakfast, enjoy the day at leisure to explore all that our fantastic Capital has to offer, and perhaps visit some of its famous attractions! Nearby you’ll find the British Museum, Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square, or maybe jump on the underground and head to the brand-new Battersea Power Station shopping mecca, and try out the Lift 109 attraction for spectacular 360 degree views across the city.
Day 3 Depart the hotel and begin the journey home with a lunchtime stop at Greenwich. Home to the Meridian Line, the Cutty Sark, the Royal Observatory, the National Maritime Museum, the Planetarium, the Old Royal Naval College, London's cable car and Greenwich Park, there's lots to explore!
The St Giles London hotel is in London’s West End, in Bloomsbury near the junction of Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street, and just steps from top attractions, theatres, restaurants, underground stations, and the best of London’s shopping. All bedrooms are en-suite and have TV, telephone, hairdryer and hospitality tray. The hotel has a lift.
