Day 1 TUESDAY We travel north-east to Bury St Edmunds where we stop for refreshments, before continuing to our hotel in Great Yarmouth.
Day 2 WEDNESDAY We begin the day with a scenic cruise around the picturesque Broads. Our Cruise lasts for approximately 60 mins, after which we visit Wroxham Barns. In the afternoon we head to Norwich, where a visit to the Cathedral is a must (entry not included), also cobbled Elm Hill and the Castle Mall shopping complex.
Day 3 THURSDAY A free day to relax and enjoy Great Yarmouth. Alternatively, join your driver on a half day excursion into Suffolk to the delightful resort of Southwold.
Day 4 FRIDAY Our visit today is to The Blickling Estate, one of England’s great Jacobean Houses. It is famed for its spectacular Long Gallery and collections of furniture, pictures, books and tapestries. The gardens are full of colour throughout the year and the extensive parkland has a lake with beautiful woodland and lakeside walks.
Day 5 SATURDAY Departing after breakfast we return homeward, arriving in the late-afternoon.
