A lovely early All Inclusive break exploring the delights of Dorset and The New Forest. Our hotel offers a warm welcome, two nights of entertainment, packed lunches on days two to four, and a free bar*.
Day 1 We travel across to Wimborne with time to get refreshments and explore. Perhaps visit the Minster or the Museum of East Dorset. We continue to our hotel in Bournemouth, where we are greeted with tea and coffee.
Day 2 This morning we travel to Salisbury. Salisbury’s history dates to the Iron Age, but it is best known for having the tallest cathedral spire in England along with a well-preserved medieval town with many wooden buildings. We have included a visit to the magnificent cathedral. In the afternoon we travel to the picturesque village of Shaftesbury.
Day 3 After a leisurely breakfast, the day is free for you to explore Bournemouth.
Day 4 This morning, we head to the town of Lyndhurst, known as the capital of The New Forest since the times of William the Conqueror. Lyndhurst offers a wide range of shops, cosy tea rooms, old-world pubs and cafés. Later, we travel to the market town of Lymington, in the south of the New Forest. Here we have a chance to enjoy your packed lunch and spend some time exploring at our own pace.
Day 5 Departing mid-morning, we travel to Kingston Lacy, a lavish family home built to resemble a Venetian Palace, and home to the largest private collection of Egyptian Artefacts in the UK. In the afternoon, we make our way to the local area and home.
Our three-star hotel is situated on the East Cliff with panoramic views over Bournemouth Bay. The hotel offers indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym & squash court, traditional pub, Tropicana Lounge & Atlantis Restaurant. Bedrooms have TV, telephone, WiFi, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. There is a lift to all floors. Includes two nights of entertainment.
