Bruges is a magical city, especially in winter, when its cobbled streets are alive with festivities and glowing with Christmas lights. The Market Square is transformed by the Christmas Market which surrounds the ice rink, and boasts stalls selling many seasonal delights, including traditional arts and crafts, decorations, and many choices of food and other delicacies. We travel via the Euro Tunnel to Calais, arriving in Bruges at approximately 1pm. Due to restrictions in the town centre, the coach will stop at a designated drop-off point, from which there is a 10-minute walk or short bus ride to the town centre and Market Square.
