A Day on the Beautiful Island of Herm
One of the highlights of our Guernsey holiday is an included boat trip to the beautiful island of Herm.
On Wednesday morning, we’ll board the catamaran in St Peter Port and make the short journey across the water to this peaceful little island.
Once there, you’ll have time to explore at your own pace. Take a walk to the beautiful Shell Beach, enjoy the coastal scenery, or simply relax around Herm Harbour, where you’ll find a small selection of restaurants, shops and a tavern.
With its unspoilt surroundings and wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, Herm offers the perfect opportunity to slow down and experience another side of the Channel Islands before returning to Guernsey in the afternoon.
Please note: Depending on the tides, there may be some steps to negotiate when boarding in St Peter Port or on the return journey.
Time to Explore at Your Own Pace
With two free days included in your holiday, there’s plenty of time to discover Guernsey in whichever way suits you.
You might return to St Peter Port for a leisurely wander, explore more of the island’s beautiful coastline, make use of the local bus network or simply find somewhere peaceful to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
