Join us on this new tour combining two of Warner’s best loved properties. Explore beautiful Yorkshire towns, visit great houses and gardens, and enjoy the wonderful activities and entertainment for which Warner are so well-known.
Day 1 After our taxi pick ups, we travel north stopping in the beautiful town of Stamford en route. We arrive in Yorkshire and our hotel in time for dinner.
Day 2 We spend the morning in Harrogate, famous for its spa, ﬁne Victorian and Edwardian architecture and its excellent shopping. Visit the Royal Pump Room Museum, take a stroll around the beautiful Valley Gardens, or take tea at Betty’s Tearooms down in the Montpellier Quarter. The afternoon is spent at RHS Harlow Carr, one of Yorkshire’s most relaxing and innovative gardens
Day 3 A free day to enjoy the activities and facilities of Nidd Hall.
Day 4 Leaving Nidd Hall after breakfast, we travel across the Yorkshire Dales National Park, past Blubberhouses and on to the pretty town of Skipton with free time to explore and get some lunch. Early afternoon we make our way southward to our second Warner hotel.
Day 5 A free day to enjoy Thoresby Hall. Alternatively, you could join your driver on a morning excursion to nearby Ripon, which has a wonderful cathedral, many museums, cafés and the Spa Gardens.
Day 6 Our day is spent in the Peak District National Park at Chatsworth House, home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. Visit the house with many wonderful works of art, the chapel, the farm and the gardens with miles of walks, rare trees, temples, sculptures, fountains, streams and ponds.
Day 7 This morning we travel back in time at Crich Tramway Village, home to the National Tramway Museum. You can enjoy unlimited rides on the world-renowned trams through the lovingly restored period village. There is also a chance to explore the Woodland Walk, Sculpture Trail and visit the Red Lion Pub or tearooms. The afternoon is free to enjoy Thoresby.
Day 8 We make our way south, with a stop to visit the National Memorial Arboretum in Staﬀordshire. We then continue toward the local area making a suitable refreshment stop along the way
