Newcomers Offer
Day 1 FRIDAY We journey north to Lancashire, arriving at our hotel near Blackburn late afternoon.
Day 2 SATURDAY This morning we head to the ITV Coronation Street Experience where we have a behind-the-scenes tour of Manchester’s most famous street. There is more to see on the cobbles than ever before! Spot the street’s most recognisable places and experience the famous northern cheer as we explore the iconic outdoor set, props and costumes, including the newly unveiled two-storey Weatherfield Precinct set. At the new purposebuilt Visitor’s Centre, we have access to the Coronation Street Exhibition with meticulously crafted replica sets of iconic landmarks like Roy’s Rolls and the legendary Rovers Return. It is complete with official Coronation Street store, café and cinema space, offering a nostalgic look back at 60 years of Corrie history. The afternoon is at leisure in Manchester before returning to the hotel for dinner.
Day 3 SUNDAY This morning we visit Barton Grange Garden Centre, winner of the GCA’s Destination Garden Centre of the Year 2025! We then make our way to the stunning Viva Blackpool venue for our Soap Star Show. Hosted by Hayley Tamaddon, the show will include a welcome to the show & opening number, followed by an Afternoon Tea, before interviews with one iconic soap star and one celebrity guest from the world of television, followed by a Q&A session, photo opportunity and souvenir photo - expect laughs, memories and maybe a few secrets!
Day 4 MONDAY After breakfast we make our way homewards, reaching our area in the afternoon.
Our four-star hotel mixes the grandeur of the 700-year-old building with modern facilities and is set in 17 acres of Lancashire parkland outside Blackburn. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, gym and spa, and bedrooms have TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, ironing facilities, hairdryer and hospitality tray. The hotel has a lift to some rooms.
