Itinerary

Day 1 After pick up by taxi, we make our way to Welford Park in Berkshire, where a magnificent snowdrop display awaits us. Light snacks are available in the Old Laundry Tearoom, before we continue to our hotel, where we are welcomed with tea, coffee and cookies. There will be a welcome drink with dinner as you get to know your fellow guests.

Day 2 Today we visit Cirencester and then make our way to Colesbourne Park, to see one of the finest displays of snowdrops in the country. Over 350 species are now spread throughout this private garden, as well as hellebores, cyclamen and other winter flowering shrubs.

Day 3 After breakfast we make our way via Chipping Norton to Batsford Arboretum, home to one of the finest botanical collections in the country. Batsford is also home to a beautiful visitor centre, gift shop and café. We return to our hotel via some pretty Cotswold villages.

Day 4 Departing our hotel, we travel the short distance into Swindon and STEAM, the Museum of the Great Western Railway. The museum is housed in a beautifully restored Grade II listed railway building in the heart of the former Swindon railway works, located right next to Swindon's Designer Outlet. We have an included light lunch before travelling back to the local area, meeting our taxis late afternoon.
