Day 3 Today we visit The Historic Dockyard Chatham, we begin with our one-hour “Call the Midwife” tour, featuring props, costumes and the set, led by a costumed Midwife guide. We enjoy a fish & chip lunch before a free afternoon for your own exploration.

Day 4 After a leisurely breakfast we make our way to Kent Life Heritage Farm Park, explore Kent’s rural history in the vintage village & gardens, visit the farm animals or enjoy refreshments at Dotty’s Tearoom. We have included a visit to the Kent Owl Academy. We return to our hotel mid-afternoon.

Day 5 Leaving after a leisurely breakfast, we travel to Ightham Mote, a romantic moated manor house which has been owned by medieval knights, courtiers to Henry VIII and high-society Victorians.
