In the heart of Southampton is the SeaCity Museum telling the story of the impact the sinking of the Titanic in 1912 had on the people of the city, through a fascinating 1:25 scale interactive model of the ship. There is also a permanent display with stories of people who departed from or arrived in the port of Southampton over the last 200,000 years, plus a rolling programme of special exhibitions.
The museum brings maritime history to life through an interactive experience designed for all ages. There will be free time after the museum visit for refreshments and shopping.
