Our boat departs from Jason’s Wharf and cruises past Browning’s Island in Browning’s Pool, home to the local ducks, geese, moorhens and swans. From there you pass rows of pretty residential boats and enter the Maida Hill Tunnel, we pass Regents Park and Macclesfield Bridge and London Zoo. Here you will see an excellent view of Lord Snowden’s Aviary built in 1963 to house seabirds, eagles, peacocks and local birds.
At Camden Market you have free time to visit the famous open air market with interesting clothes and craft stalls.
There is a refreshment stop at Chessington Garden Centre on the outward journey.
