Many of us love settling down in the evening to watch a good film or our favourite drama series, or we may decide to go to the nearest cinema complex to get the full effect of the latest blockbuster movie.\u00a0 These are both very popular and enjoyable forms of entertainment, but to get the full experience of what is unfolding in front of you, the theatre is the place to be.<\/p>\n

We have some wonderful theatres, both old and new, offering a wide range of entertainment throughout the year.\u00a0 In fact, upon entering some of the older theatres, particularly in London\u2019s West End, you may feel you have already entered another time in history!\u00a0 The architecture and luxurious interior all add to the experience of the show.<\/p>\n

Watching a movie at home, or possibly even going to the cinema, is something that can be done alone.\u00a0 A live performance involves everyone, even if you go alone you will feel part of the show and may even find yourself joining in (musicals in particular).\u00a0 Some scenes, and possibly even songs, will raise certain emotions and feelings from your own life which also makes it more personal.<\/p>\n

There is now such a wide variety of shows available, not just in London but also some of the big productions are travelling the country and can now be seen at your local theatre.\u00a0 Popular shows such as The Lion King<\/a>, Mama Mia<\/a>, Hairspray<\/a>, Phantom of the Opera\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>and\u00a0Fiddler on the Roof<\/a><\/strong>, together with a number of terrific new shows covering a wide range of musical tastes and appealing to different age groups.\u00a0\u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n
