French Cr\u00eape<br \/>\n<\/strong>Large, thing pancakes are flipped and cooked on both sides before being folded over sweet fillings such as fruit and chocolate or savoury cheese and saut\u00e9ed vegetables. American Pancakes<br \/>\n<\/strong>If you like your pancakes light, fluffy and pocket-sized then America has what you need. This helps the batter puff up like a Yorkshire pudding!
