This wonderful Christmas tour is based at the four-star Chesford Grange Hotel in Warwickshire and includes a visit to the pantomime and time in Stratford to explore the town and visit Shakespeare’s Schoolroom.
Day 1 CHRISTMAS EVE We travel north reaching our hotel near Kenilworth in the afternoon, to be greeted with a cream tea. In the evening, enjoy a three-course dinner and for those attending Midnight Services, there will be tea and mince pies awaiting your return. (Transport not included.)
Day 2 CHRISTMAS DAY Happy Christmas! Enjoy a leisurely morning before a glass of fizz begins your traditional Christmas Lunch. Watch the King’s Speech in the afternoon with tea and Christmas cake, followed by a quiz. Tonight a leisurely evening buffet will be served.
Day 3 BOXING DAY Explore the leisure facilities at our hotel before we make our way into Coventry with free time to get some lunch before the matinee pantomime: Dick Whittington! Back at our hotel, enjoy a pre-dinner drink followed by your Gala Dinner with entertainment.
Day 4 After breakfast, we set off on a short scenic drive before arriving in Stratford-upon-Avon with free time to explore the many attractions. In the afternoon we visit the magnificent Guildhall and Shakespeare’s Schoolroom. Enjoy a relaxing last dinner back at our hotel.
Day 5 Today we make our way homeward with suitable refreshment stops along the way.
Surrounded by 17 acres of countryside, our four-star hotel has a Tudor-style exterior whilst inside the historic blends with contemporary style and modern comforts. Leisure facilities include swimming pool, steam room, gym and spa treatment rooms. Bedrooms have TV, telephone, hairdryer, ironing facilities and hospitality tray.
